====== Pioneer Pork Cake ======

In our family since 1840.

  * 1 1/2 cup Pork Fat
  * 1 1/2 cop Raisins

Grind raisins, pork fat together, add:

  * 1 1/2 cup boiling water

let stand 3-4 minutes.

  * 2 1/2 cup sifted flour
  * 2 cup brown sugar
  * 1 t. ground cinnamon
  * 1 t. ground cloves
  * 1 t. baking soda

Mix all ingredients into a stiff batter & pour into greased 9x12" pan. Make in pree-heated 350 degree oven 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
